  • Radio - while each boat is equiped with a bluetooth radio, we HIGHLY RECCOMEND you bring your own speaker. We can not guarantee the radio will be working due to short turn around times between rentals.
  • Fish Finder - We can not guarantee the fish finder will be working due to short turn around times between rentals.
  • No pets allowed
  • No grilling or barbequing

YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RENT. RENTERS BORN AFTER JANUARY 1ST, 1982, ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A BOATING LICENSE. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TAKE THE BOAT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE LICENSE AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.

 

Cancellation Policy


Any cancellation made prior to 48 hours before your start time will result in a $70 cancellation fee. The rest will be refunded back to the card you used to make the reservation. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your start time will result in no refund.

The boats are rented rain or shine. There are no refunds for gloomy weather.

If Buccaneer Boat Rentals cancels your reservation for any reason, including hazardous weather, you will be refunded the full rental amount minus a 6% service fee.

If you are going to be late to your rental, please let us know. We have a one-hour grace period, after that, if we have not heard from you, you will be considered a no show and forfeit your reservation with no refund. If you are late to your reservation, there is no refund for the time missed.
